This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on Meta Ads. The position is based in Gandhinagar. The role involves planning, creating, executing, and optimizing Meta Ad campaigns to drive measurable results. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, testing and fine-tuning ad strategies, ensuring high returns on ad spends, and conducting data-driven decision-making for continual improvement.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Proficient in Performance Management, including the ability to optimize campaigns for better outcomes
• Experience in Data Analysis and Performance Testing to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing Meta Ads and driving results
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of the real estate industry is a plus
