Performance Marketing Manager
Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Manager will own and scale paid acquisition and growth campaigns across digital channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue, improving CAC and ROAS, and translating deep analytics into actionable growth strategies while working closely with content, product, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scaleperformance marketing campaignsacross paid digital channels
- Own campaign strategy across prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle stages
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution: audience setup, creatives, budgets, bidding, and optimization.
- Drive full-funnel performance from impressionsclicksconversionsrepeat purchases.
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall revenue efficiency.
- Design and executedata-backed growth campaignsfor new launches, offers, and scale initiatives
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and funnels
- Improve website and checkout conversions through continuous experimentation
- Own growth analytics and campaign performance reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Analyze cohorts, attribution paths, funnel drop-offs, and customer behaviour.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights for performance, content, and product teams
- Present campaign performance, insights, and growth opportunities to founders/stakeholders
- Collaborate with brand & creative teams to produce performance-first creatives
- Partner with product, ops, and CRM teams to improve retention and LTV
- Research competitors, trends, and new acquisition opportunities
- Build and execute scalable growth experiments and campaigns month-on-month.

- Funnel optimization & CRO-led campaigns
- Retention, repeat purchase & LTV-driven campaigns
Experience & Qualifications
- 35 yearsof experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing
- Experience working inhigh-growth startups, D2C, consumer internet, or SaaSenvironments
- Proven track record of running and scaling paid campaigns with measurable impact
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in dashboards, funnel analysis, and reporting
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, product, ops, and founders
- Graduate / Postgraduate from aTier 1 college or B-school preferred
