Your Role:
- Own user acquisition and revenue growth across app and web through paid digital channels.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads, DV360, and other relevant third-party ad networks.
- Drive performance across key business goals such as app installs, subscriptions, pay-per-view purchases, reactivation, and repeat consumption.
- Manage full-funnel campaign execution including audience strategy, media planning, bid strategy, budget allocation, reporting, and optimization.
- Build a robust experimentation roadmap across creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding models, placements, and campaign structures.
- Work closely with MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust to ensure strong attribution hygiene, campaign measurement, cohort tracking, and partner evaluation.
- Monitor and improve core performance metrics such as CAC, CPI, CPR, ROAS, retention, payback, and LTV.
- Identify new channel opportunities, test emerging ad products, and scale high-performing acquisition levers.
- Own the media mix planning & budgeting for all digital campaigns.
- Build clear daily, weekly, and monthly reporting frameworks with actionable insights for leadership.
Must-Have Attributes
- 47 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in high-growth B2C internet, OTT, gaming, subscription, e-commerce, or mobile app businesses.
- Deep executional expertise across major ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads, DV360, and other performance-led third-party ad networks.
- Strong measurement and attribution understanding, with practical experience using AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar MMPs, and comfort with conversion tracking, cohort analysis, and incrementality thinking.
- Highly analytical and commercially sharp, with a strong grasp of performance metrics such as CAC, CPI, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, retention, LTV, and payback.
- Proven ability to run structured experiments and scale winning campaigns, while staying deeply hands-on in campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in sports, OTT, media, entertainment, gaming, or other high-frequency consumer internet businesses.
- Familiarity with web analytics and BI tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
- Comfort working with AI-enabled marketing workflows, including using AI tools for creative iteration, copy generation, audience insights, automated reporting, bid strategy refinement, and performance diagnostics.
- Experience leveraging automation tools, scripts, dashboards, or no-code workflows to improve campaign speed, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
- Exposure to MMM, incrementality testing, predictive modeling, or advanced growth measurement frameworks.
