The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full-funnelperformance marketing strategyacross Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and more.
- Set and own monthly and quarterly performance KPIs CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention goals.
- Work closely with the CGO to align paid strategy with brand, content, and CRM plans.
- Lead day-to-day campaign management and optimization across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Implement rigorous A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bids.
- Optimize forscalability and profitability balancing acquisition cost with lifetime value.
- Manage ad budgets, pacing, and efficiency across channels.
- Partner with the design and content teams to build thumb-stopping ad creatives.
- Brief creative teams using data-backed insights on what's working (and what's not).
- Test new hooks, messaging, and formats regularly (UGCs, reels, testimonials, etc.).
- Manage internal executives and/or external agencies for campaign execution.
- Evaluate and onboard new growth tools, affiliate networks, and ad-tech partners.
- Train junior marketers in campaign hygiene, reporting, and experimentation frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in performance marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
