TukTuki aims to redefine how contemporary audiences consume media with their eyes fixed on dynamic, binge-worthy content.

Role Description

1Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and Programmatic networks.
  • Own campaign lifecycle: audience segmentation, ad creatives, copy testing, bid optimisation, and funnel conversion.
  • Develop and manage quarterly performance calendars aligned with content and release schedules.

2 Analytics & Performance Optimisation

  • Track and optimise CAC, CPI, ROAS, retention-linked LTV, and blended acquisition efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Data & Growth teams to set up cohort-based measurement and channel attribution.
  • Maintain dashboards and weekly performance reports using AppsFlyer, Firebase, and Google Data Studio.

3 Creative & Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with Content and Creator teams to produce ad creatives and video hooks optimised for performance (emotion + engagement).
  • Experiment with storytelling-driven ad formats that align with Tuktuki's brand tone.
  • Run A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, and CTAs to maximise CTRs and installs.

4 Channel Expansion & Partnerships

  • Scale acquisition beyond Meta & Google by evaluating Programmatic networks.
  • Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing Manager to build high-ROAS creator campaigns.
  • Identify potential affiliate and app install partners to supplement direct acquisition.

5 Budget Management & Reporting

  • Manage performance budgets monthly, keeping strict ROI focus.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the CBO and leadership on key growth metrics.
  • Implement robust tracking, spend pacing, and fraud prevention measures.
