What You'll Own
- Plan, execute & optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads for fashion brands (D2C, designers, luxury, the whole mix).
- Build full-funnel strategies that actually convert not just pretty charts.
- Track ROAS, CAC, retention metrics, and consistently push them in the right direction.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
- Manage monthly budgets, pacing, scaling, and daily optimisation.
- A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, not fluff.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algo updates, and new formats.
What We Expect
- 24 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, specifically in fashion.
- Strong command over Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display).
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels, attribution, and customer behaviour.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to take quick decisions.
- Experience with tools like GA4, Shopify dashboards, pixel setups, and automations.
- Someone who can handle multiple brands without losing their sanity.
Nice to Have (but not deal-breakers)
- Knowledge of Klaviyo/Email automation.
- Experience with influencer-driven paid campaigns or paid partnerships.
- Knowledge on On Page and Off Page SEO.
