Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Bangalore | Experience: 3-6 Years | Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our marketing growth, lead generation, and brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to achieve business and revenue goals.
2. Plan, manage, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
3. Focus on generating high-quality leads while improving CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
4. Work closely with the Sales team to analyse the complete funnel and improve lead-to-enrolment conversion.
5. Manage and coordinate with the internal marketing team, including performance marketers, designers, video editors, and content creators.
6. Develop creative strategies, campaign ideas, offers, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
7. Oversee organic marketing initiatives across YouTube, Instagram, SEO, and other relevant channels to strengthen brand visibility.
8. Analyse marketing data and prepare regular reports with clear insights, improvements, and action plans.
9. Continuously test new audiences, creatives, landing pages, funnels, and marketing channels to identify growth opportunities.
10. Take complete ownership of marketing performance and work towards achieving measurable business outcomes—not just vanity metrics like likes, followers, or impressions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Digital, Performance, or Growth Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in B2C lead generation, preferably in EdTech, Education, Financial Services, or high-ticket products.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing funnels and conversion metrics.
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate across departments, and take ownership of results.
