Job Location: Chalakudy, Kerala (Accomodation provided)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Manage a minimum monthly ad spend of 2L+ in ecommerce and 1L+ in lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to improve ROAS, CPL, and CPA.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, targeting, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and dev teams to ensure alignment.
- Maintain proper tracking using UTM parameters, pixel setup, and GTM.
- Provide clear reports with actionable insights.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid ads on Meta and Google.
- Proven track record of handling:
- 2L+ monthly spend in ecommerce.
- 1L+ monthly spend in lead generation.
- Strong command of Shopify analytics and performance attribution.
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
