Key Responsibilities
- Launch & Scale Paid Campaigns by strategically executing and optimizing high-performance Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to drive ROAS and expand digital reach.
- Drive Conversion-Focused Execution by designing or collaborating on CRO-optimized landing pages and running rigorous A/B testing across creatives, copy, CTAs, and user flows to maximize conversion rates.
- Map the Funnel with Attribution Precision through robust lead tracking via CRMs like Zoho/Freshdesk, UTM parameters, and advanced tools like Mixpanel to ensure visibility into the end-to-end customer journey.
- Extract Insights through Behavioral Analytics using platforms like GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior, heatmaps, and drop-offs, enabling data-driven UI/UX improvements.
- Execute Multi-Channel Growth Strategies across WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Voice to complement paid media and ensure consistent messaging that reinforces engagement and brand trust.
- Deliver Reporting with Root-Cause Rigor by creating detailed performance dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and recommending actionable fixes for underperformance.
- Collaborate for Full-Funnel Optimization by working with creative, tech, and analytics teams to launch and iterate on high-impact, conversion-optimized experiences across the user journey.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience running Google and Meta ads.
- Experience managing budgets of 10L+ per month (20L preferred).
- Strong grip on A/B testing frameworks, ad platform tools, and CRM attribution models.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel; capable of creating clear, actionable reports.
- Comfortable with numbers, funnel metrics, and behavioral patterns.
- Knowledge of CRO, UI/UX design basics, and landing page creation.
- Understanding of marketing automation (CleverTap, MoEngage) and campaign flows on WhatsApp, SMS, and Voice.
- Experience with tools like Zoho, Freshdesk, and campaign tracking setups.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environments.
