Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can independently own, scale, and optimize high-budget campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role requires strong analytical thinking, deep platform expertise, and the ability to translate business goals into profitable paid media strategies.

You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign ownership, from strategy and execution to optimization, reporting, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Own full-funnel performance marketing strategies: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting
  • Manage and scale high-budget accounts with strict ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CAC targets
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel diagnostics
  • Optimize account structures, bidding strategies, budgets, creatives, and placements
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to drive creative testing, copy testing, and performance creatives
  • Implement and audit tracking setups using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI)
  • Analyze campaign data, identify insights, and drive continuous performance improvement
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear business insights
  • Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and performance marketing best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proven experience in lead generation and/or ecommerce performance marketing
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV
  • Experience managing monthly ad spends ranging from 10L to 1Cr+
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data analysis and experimentation
  • Ability to independently manage campaigns with minimal supervision
