Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Performance Marketing Manager to join our on-site team located in New Delhi. This role involves planning and executing performance marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns across various platforms, analyzing marketing data to optimize performance, and overseeing budgets and ROI tracking. The Performance Marketing Manager will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute advertising initiatives and improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic advertising tools
• Strong analytical skills in using tools like Google Analytics and other data visualization or reporting platforms to track and improve campaign performance
• Experience in budget management, ad copy creation, and audience targeting strategies
• Proficiency in SEO principles, keyword optimization, and marketing funnel strategies
• Strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach
• Knowledge of the bathroom fittings industry or related fields is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred, along with relevant professional certifications in digital marketing
