Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience :
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in organic (SEO) and inorganic (PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Retargeting) lead generation.
  • Significant experience with B2B IT companies, ideally within the Australian and US markets.
  • Expertise in driving high-quality inbound leads and managing lead flow through Ads, email marketing, ABM, and other digital channels.

Skills & Expertise :

  • Strong SEO knowledge and expertise in keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Proficient in managing Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, retargeting campaigns, and paid media optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot, Marketo) to create and execute automated campaigns.
  • Familiarity with ABM campaigns and tools to drive personalized marketing efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies to maximize lead conversion and ROI.
  • Knowledge of Latest Trends :
  • Ability to stay current with the latest performance marketing trends, including SEO algorithm updates, advancements in paid media strategies, and best practices for ABM and email marketing.
  • Strategic Thinking :
  • Strong strategic mindset to develop long-term goals while driving tactical execution of daily performance marketing activities.
  • Communication :
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present campaign performance and insights to senior stakeholders.
