Role Description : We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our paid advertising and scale our D2C growth profitably.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute & optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
- Manage daily ad budgets and scaling strategies
- Perform A/B testing (creatives, audiences, copies, landing pages)
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights
- Work closely with the creative team to improve ad performance
- Set up and manage tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4)
- Identify new growth opportunities and reduce wasted ad spend
What we Expect :
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate
- Ability to scale campaigns profitably
- Hands-on experience with D2C/eCommerce brands
- Data-first mindset with problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- 1.52+ years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads
- Proven track record (must share past results/case studies)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team
Bonus Points :
- Experience in fashion/apparel brands
- Understanding of creatives that convert (not just run ads)
