About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in paid advertising across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Facebook & Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Develop paid media strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, audiences, and conversion tracking
• Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics
• Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns based on performance data
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Prepare regular performance reports
• Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and strategy teams
• Take ownership of campaign performance and optimisation

Mandatory Requirements

Hands-on experience with ALL THREE platforms is compulsory:

1. Facebook & Instagram Ads
2. Google Ads
3. LinkedIn Ads

Candidates with experience in only one or two platforms will not be considered.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant performance marketing experience
• Strong understanding of paid media and campaign optimisation
• Experience managing advertising budgets
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
• Ability to independently manage campaigns from setup through reporting and optimisation
