Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads( Search, Performance max, Demand Gen and App), Meta, Affiliates & New channels
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, and Appsflyer
- Develop actionable insights using Looker Studio dashboards, customer cohorts, and funnel analysis
- Drive omnichannel strategies by integrating CRM tools, store visits data, and offline attribution models
- Own the revenue goals for D2c, and Develop performance-driven strategies to acquire customers, increase ROI, and achieve Revenue, CAC s, and ROAS targets.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel and marketing dashboards to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, content, design, engineering and product teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless user journey.
- Manage media budgets effectively to maximize return on investment and allocate spend based on performance trends.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics to stakeholders, highlighting key results, learnings, and optimization opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising and marketing analytics.
- Mentor junior team members, work with external affiliate partners, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to best practices.
