NeoSapien is building India's first AI wearable Personal Assistant that remembers your conversations. Neo 1 captures real-world conversations, transcribes them in multiple Indian languages, extracts tasks and reminders, integrates with your calendar, and lets you Google your memories. It is built for founders, operators, consultants, field teams, and knowledge workers who deal with high conversational load and cannot afford to forget.

Performance marketing is a core revenue engine for us.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who will own paid acquisition across Meta and Google and help scale NeoSapien revenue profitably. This is not a campaign execution role. This is a revenue-linked performance role with full accountability for CAC discipline and channel scaling. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing and collaborate with creative, product, and website teams.

What You Will Own

1. Paid Channel Management

* Meta Ads (Advantage+, Prospecting, LAL, Retargeting)

* Google Ads (P-Max, Search, Demand Gen)

* Budget allocation and scaling decisions

* Daily spend pacing and performance monitoring

2. Revenue & CAC Governance

* Maintain blended CAC within defined guardrails

* Monitor MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio)

* Track contribution margin awareness, not just ROAS

* Channel-level and blended reporting weekly

3. Creative Testing Engine

* Define creative testing roadmap every week

* Work with internal/external designers for new creatives

* Kill underperforming ads fast, scale winners aggressively

* Test new hooks, problem statements, and UGC angles

4. Funnel Optimization

* Identify drop-offs across landing page and checkout

* Suggest A/B test hypotheses

* Improve landing page relevance in alignment with ad intent

* Work closely on conversion rate improvement

5. Reporting Cadence

* Daily monitoring updates

* Weekly performance dashboard

* Monthly scaling roadmap and budget allocation plan

What We Are Looking For

Experience

* 3 - 6 years in performance marketing

* Hands-on management of 20L+ monthly ad budgets

* Experience scaling D2C revenue to 1Cr+ per month

* Strong experience with premium or high-consideration consumer products (5K - 20K AOV preferred)

Technical Depth

* Strong command of Meta Ads Manager

* Strong command of Google Ads (P-Max and Search mandatory)

* Comfortable with attribution gaps and blended CAC thinking

* Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Analytical Thinking

You should be able to:

* Diagnose performance drops logically

* Make budget reallocation decisions based on data

You will be accountable for revenue impact.
