Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 Years
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in biddable media platforms and a strong understanding of data-driven marketing for D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads and other biddable platforms
- Develop media plans, budget allocation and performance forecasts
- Manage media buying and campaign optimization to drive ROI, CAC and ROAS targets
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards and attribution tools
- Work closely with D2C and eCommerce teams to analyze Shopify data and improve conversion performance
- Execute full-funnel performance campaigns including acquisition, retargeting and retention
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences and landing pages
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Required Skills
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Amazon Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking and attribution
- Understanding of Shopify analytics and D2C performance metrics
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV and CRO - Conversion optimization
Preferred
- Experience working with D2C or eCommerce brands
- Knowledge of tag management, tracking setup and marketing automation
