Performance Marketing Manager

We're Hiring | Performance Marketing Executive

Join Maniac, a fast-growing fashion & streetwear D2C brand.

We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, preferably in D2C/e-commerce, who can independently own paid acquisition, scale campaigns, manage substantial budgets, and drive profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently own and scale Meta Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
• Manage substantial advertising budgets with clear ROAS, CAC, MER, revenue, contribution margin, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across prospecting, retargeting, remarketing, and retention.
• Build structured creative testing and scaling frameworks to identify winning creatives, hooks, audiences, formats, and offers.
• Make strategic decisions on campaign structure, budget allocation, audience expansion, and scaling based on performance data.
• Analyze customer journeys, website funnels, landing pages, and conversion drop-offs to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Track and evaluate performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets, and relevant analytics tools.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve AOV, CVR, CAC, LTV, MER, and contribution margin.
• Own forecasting, monthly media planning, daily optimization, reporting, and performance targets.
• Work closely with creative, merchandising, website, retention, and business teams to align marketing efforts with revenue and profitability goals.
• Provide clear performance insights, identify growth opportunities, and proactively solve scaling challenges.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, attribution changes, new ad formats, competitive trends, and emerging growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong experience working with D2C/e-commerce brands.
• Proven experience in scaling Meta Ads and managing significant advertising budgets while maintaining profitability.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, MER, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, LTV, attribution, and contribution margin.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth decisions.
• Deep understanding of creative strategy, ad testing, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, and campaign scaling.
• Ability to independently own budgets, targets, forecasting, reporting, and performance decisions.
• Ability to diagnose performance issues and take quick corrective action across creatives, media buying, funnels, and offers.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, apparel, or consumer D2C brands is a strong plus.
• High ownership, speed, accountability, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
