Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer who can drive high-quality lead generation through paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization, and scaling while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
  • Drive high-quality lead generation aligned with business targets
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
  • Monitor and improve key metrics like CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS
  • Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM
  • Identify scaling opportunities and implement growth strategies
  • Ensure proper tracking setup (Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, etc.)
