Job Description

We are seeking a performance marketing manager with a strong track record in B2B marketing, franchise promotions, and HNI lead generation. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, ROI-focused, and hands-on, capable of planning and executing high-value campaigns that generate quality leads for business growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Generate high-quality HNI leads and B2B client opportunities in Real Estate, F&B, and franchise sectors.
  • Build multi-channel acquisition funnels to maximize lead conversion and ROI.
  • Design strategies for franchise marketing campaigns, including lead generation, branding, and expansion.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets for maximum efficiency and results.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate on-site with sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment and fast execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of performance marketing experience, including B2B, Real Estate, F&B, and franchise sectors.
  • Proven experience in generating HNI leads and managing high-value client campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, retargeting, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Experience handling franchise marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in offline-to-online lead generation for B2B and HNI clients.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Startup/agency experience with multi-sector exposure.
