About the Role
Zeroharm is building a long-term, trust-led D2C supplement brand in a category often driven by hype, exaggerated claims, and low consumer trust.
This role exists to ensure that every consumer interaction—what they see, read, hear, or experience—is psychologically aligned, brand-safe, and conversion-effective.
As the Head of Consumer Psychology, Competitive Intelligence & Conversion Architecture, you will design and continuously optimize how Zeroharm communicates across ads, website, WhatsApp, call center, product labels, and post-purchase journeys—leveraging consumer psychology, market intelligence, and performance data.
This is a high-impact, strategic role at the intersection of Brand, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring we scale without compromising trust.
What You'll Own
Consumer Psychology & Persona Strategy
Develop a deep understanding of Zeroharm's core D2C personas (Researcher, Trust Seeker, Convenience Buyer, Discount Hunter, Word-of-Mouth Buyer, Skeptic) and translate these into high-converting communication across ads, landing pages, WhatsApp journeys, call scripts, and CTAs. Define persona-specific messaging flows across the conversion journey.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights
Continuously track competitor activity across Meta ads, Google, influencer content, and marketplaces. Identify winning hooks, emotional triggers, and offer strategies while distinguishing short-term tactics from sustainable brand-building approaches. Deliver actionable insights on what to adopt, adapt, or avoid.
Performance-Led Creative Analysis
Work closely with performance marketing teams to analyze CTR, CVR, CPA, and funnel drop-offs (ad → website → WhatsApp → call). Diagnose performance challenges through a psychological lens—not just data—and guide decisions on scaling, iteration, or elimination of campaigns.
Ad & Messaging Architecture
Design scalable creative frameworks (hook → emotional trigger → credibility cue → CTA) tailored to different personas. Build structured strategies across research-led, testimonial-led, value-led, and skeptic-safe formats. Guide copywriters, designers, and creators through detailed briefs.
Funnel & Journey Optimization
Ensure complete consistency across all consumer touchpoints—ads, landing pages, website, WhatsApp, call center, and product messaging. Continuously improve landing page narratives, WhatsApp nurturing flows, call scripts, objection handling, and offer structures.
Brand Protection & Governance
Act as the brand gatekeeper—ensuring all communication avoids exaggerated claims, fear-based tactics, or short-term hacks that may harm long-term trust. Uphold Zeroharm's philosophy: education-led, proof over promise, and long-term health partnership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales/CX, and Product teams to align messaging and customer experience. Review call recordings and customer conversations to refine strategies, and enable teams through training on consumer psychology and messaging frameworks.
Who You Are
