About The Role

Job Title: Lead - Performance Marketing

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Manage paid budgets globally while improving campaign performances and increasing ROAS
  • Manage relationship and expectations with various affiliates to drive promised lead volume and quality
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, display, social media.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and ensure cost-efficient spending.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results in customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
