Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid digital acquisition efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other performance channels. This role is directly accountable for driving high-quality leads and admissions outcomes, not just traffic or clicks.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, understands full-funnel optimization in an education or high-consideration domain, and can work closely with admissions, content, and design teams to continuously improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Growth Ownership
- Own end-to-end performance marketing for student acquisition across UG, PG, and other programmes.
- Drive outcomes across the funnel: CPL, lead quality, conversion to application, and enrolments.
- Plan and manage monthly and quarterly paid media budgets with clear ROI targets.
Paid Media Execution
- Lead campaign strategy, setup, execution, and optimization across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct structured keyword research, audience segmentation, and intent-based targeting.
- Continuously optimize bids, creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve efficiency.
Creative & Landing Page Optimization
- Work with content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Guide messaging based on programme USP, intake cycle, competitive positioning, and audience intent.
- Run systematic A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and offers.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and attribution tools.
- Build clear weekly and monthly performance reports focused on outcomes, insights, and next actions.
- Use data to diagnose funnel drop-offs and recommend corrective actions.
Admissions & CRM Alignment
- Work closely with the admissions team to improve lead quality and downstream conversions.
- Use counsellor feedback and CRM data to refine targeting, messaging, and spend allocation.
- Ensure accurate lead tracking, attribution, and campaign tagging.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinate with SEO, content, design, and web teams for integrated campaign execution.
- Mentor junior team members or manage external agencies, where applicable.
- Stay updated on performance marketing trends and platform changes, applying them pragmatically.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 58 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media roles.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget, ROI-driven campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with YouTube and display is a plus.
- Solid understanding of analytics, attribution, and CRM-integrated funnels (education experience preferred).
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning numbers and outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
