Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition through data-driven marketing strategies.

This role requires a hands-on marketer who can manage campaign strategy, execution, reporting, and optimisation while working closely with content, design, sales, and partner marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Own demand generation and lead acquisition targets across markets and industries.
• Create campaign plans focused on measurable outcomes including MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, and pipeline contribution.

Paid Media Management

• Manage and optimise campaigns across:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• YouTube
• Other relevant B2B and B2C advertising platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and CPL.

Campaign Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other marketing tools.
• Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data.

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing

• Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, and nurture campaigns.
• Work with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Implement lead scoring and attribution models.

SEO & Conversion Optimisation

• Support SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, messaging, and CTAs.
• Improve website conversion rates and user experience.

Budget Management

• Manage digital marketing budgets and media spend effectively.
• Forecast performance and ensure efficient utilisation of marketing investments.
• Optimise campaigns to maximise return on investment.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with content, design, events, field marketing, and sales teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and execution timelines.
• Align marketing programs with revenue and growth objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Demand Generation.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and campaigns.

Strong knowledge of:

• Google Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot
• Salesforce CRM
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and pipeline through digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, Cloud, AI, or Consulting industries.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
• Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution and revenue analytics.
