Performance Marketing Manager

Accredian is a fast growing edtech company that was started in 2018 by ISB graduates. The company has so far served 18,000+ professionals working across 3000+ companies. Accredian arms working professionals with next generation skills like Data Science, Digital Transformation, Business Management, Product management in partnership with top tier institutions like IITs, IIMs, XLRI and provides them a transformative learning experience to help them move up in their careers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Own and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
2. Manage and scale high-budget campaigns (1–3 Cr+/month) with strong focus on CAC & ROAS.
3. Execute and refine full-funnel strategies (acquisition → conversion).
4. Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
5. Collaborate with copy, design, and video teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
6. Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion journeys.
7. Track, analyze, and present performance insights with clear action plans

Who Should Apply:

1. 5+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing
2. Proven experience managing large-scale paid campaigns and budgets (1-3 Crores+ per month)
3. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (Certification is a plus).
4. Experience in EdTech / D2C / high-growth startups preferred.
5. MBA from Tier-2 institutes (preferred).
