Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across international markets (excluding India) for our EdTech platform. The role focuses on lead generation, performance marketing, and scaling campaigns across multiple digital channels. The candidate will be responsible for managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing conversion funnels, and improving ROI. The role also involves working closely with the sales and counselling teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and consistent growth in student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Generate high-quality international leads for online courses, certifications, and degree programs.
  • Research and target country-specific audiences based on demographics, interests, and behavior.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, copies, and landing page strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Monitor daily performance and scale winning campaigns.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and videos.
  • Implement remarketing and lookalike audience strategies.
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ensure leads are properly integrated into CRM (Zoho or similar).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Tools

Hands-on experience with:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
  • Experience running international campaigns
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
  • Basic understanding of landing pages & CRO

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in EdTech / Education / Online Courses
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp & email automation
  • Understanding of SEO & content marketing
  • Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
