Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and data-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversions through paid performance campaigns while ensuring a strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution from strategy, budgeting, creative briefing, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to performance analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring efficient use of budgets and achievement of key KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
- Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Leverage marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.), and CRM systems to track and report performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad platforms.
- Drive remarketing and retargeting campaigns to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization strategies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 37 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel.
- Experience with e-commerce, app install, or lead-generation campaigns preferred.
- Working knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and marketing automation is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
