Role: Performance Marketing Manager
What You'll Own
You will be the engine driving growth across paid channels. From Meta ads to UGC pipelines to influencer strategy you'll own the numbers, the experiments, the budgets, and the scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook + Instagram) campaigns for acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
- Manage and scale daily/weekly ad budgets while maintaining and improving ROAS.
- Build and test creative variations hooks, formats, angles, UGC content to identify winning patterns.
- Own the UGC and influencer pipeline: briefs, partnerships, content, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with the founder, D2C team, and creative partners to align messaging and performance goals.
- Analyse data across the full funnel and turn insights into actionable experiments.
- Implement rigorous A/B testing for audiences, creatives, placements, and funnels.
- Coordinate with design/content teams to ensure fast creative output and iteration.
- Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and performance best practices.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 46 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing for D2C brands.
- Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager (Google Ads/YouTube experience is a bonus).
- Strong understanding of attribution, pixel setups, events, and tracking tools.
- You know what great UGC looks like and how to scale it.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, zero-bureaucracy, high-ownership environment.
