AiHello is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to help us grow through Google Ads and Meta Ads. This person will own campaign setup, tracking, analytics, conversion measurement, and CAC reporting across our website and funnels.
You should be comfortable doing both media buying and measurement/tracking setup. This is not just a campaign management role. We need someone who can build a strong tracking foundation using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, and event tracking, then use that data to improve lead quality, lower CAC, and grow pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, execution-focused, and able to work independently.
What you will do
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTM structure, and conversion events
- Audit and improve website tracking to ensure all key user actions are measured correctly
- Track and report on CAC, CPL, ROAS, funnel conversion rates, attribution, and lead quality
- Build dashboards and reporting views for growth performance
- Work with the team to define proper conversion goals, landing page experiments, and retargeting flows
- Identify drop-offs in the funnel and propose fixes to improve conversion rate
- Set up audience segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike strategies
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make budget/bid/creative/audience changes as needed
- Coordinate with design/content/web teams to improve ads, landing pages, and conversion tracking
- Provide weekly updates with clear insights, actions taken, and next steps
Must-have skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong practical experience with Google Analytics 4
- Strong practical experience with Google Tag Manager
- Experience setting up Meta Pixel and ideally Conversions API
- Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, event design, and UTM discipline
- Experience measuring and improving CAC, CPL, and conversion rates
- Comfortable working directly inside ad platforms, analytics tools, and website tracking setups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to work independently and take ownership

- CAC and funnel performance are clearly measurable
- Paid campaigns generate qualified leads consistently
- Retargeting and attribution are properly implemented

Compensation: ₹10,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per annum
