Post: Performance Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales across all online platforms
  • Develop and manage annual marketing budget in line with company goals and targets
  • Monitor and optimise marketing expenditures to ensure efficient allocation of resources and minimize CAC
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels and adjust marketing efforts accordingly
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
  • Manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value
  • Develop and execute brand- building strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling brand campaigns and initiatives
  • As the channel is growing MoM and investments are consistent, leading to healthy revenue, it's now important for the channel to see each investment from an ROI angle by bringing in more efficiencies, efficacies & capabilities
  • Data handling with Market Intelligence platforms - Gobble cube etc.
  • Performance marketing Ads to be monitored closely and move to AI based performance marketing explore & onboarding agencies
  • Plan and execute new product launches on Q-coms
  • Closely work with KAM to lock monthly Ads plan with Chains (E-com + Q-com)

Skill Sets & Experience

  • Education: MBA in Marketing
  • Experience: 3 -5 years in FMCG Foods Category or Ecommerce background.
  • Looking for some one who has good experience in working for the Performance Marketing or Ads Marketing or Growth Marketing.
