This is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore for a Performance Marketing Manager. The individual in this role will oversee and manage campaigns across multiple digital platforms, optimize marketing efforts to drive key performance outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities for growth, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring alignment with brand strategies and goals. The ideal candidate will stay updated with industry trends to consistently develop innovative marketing strategies.

• Expertise in Digital Advertising, SEO, and SEM strategies
• Skills in Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics, Data Interpretation, and Reporting
• Experience in Project Management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Familiarity with marketplace expansion and localized marketing strategies in regions like India and MENA is a plus
