What You Will Do
Even health is seeking an experienced digital marketing Manager to execute our digital advertising initiatives and drive growth through highly effective paid media campaigns. In this role, you will be ensuring that every advertising dollar is optimized to deliver the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities
- Campaign strategy: market research, competition understanding and industry benchmarking
- Campaign management: launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across various biddable platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta)
- Performance analysis & reporting: produce regular reports and dashboards to communicate results, insights, and actionable recommendations to management
- Content & creative oversight: write compelling & concise ad copy that resonates with our target audience and reflects the Even health brand
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a digital marketing specialist, preferably within a dynamic, mission-driven organization
- Strong understanding on performance marketing principles - experience in running CAC/ROI led campaigns
- Proficiency on advertising and data platforms - Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Affiliate marketing, Clevertap
- Familiarity on SQL, Excel, Tableau for data measurement and reporting
