We handle everything end-to-end: branding, content, influencer campaigns, social media, and performance marketing all backed by an in-house creative, strategy, and PR team.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing & Account Manager someone who's not just a number cruncher but a brand thinker analytical, creative, and obsessed with results.
Role Overview
You'll be the backbone between our strategy team, creative team, and clients managing social media accounts, running ad campaigns (Meta + Google), tracking analytics, and constantly finding new ways to scale conversions and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Account Management
- Manage daily client account operations across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Handle scheduling, posting, and timely content resharing using tools like Meta Business Suite, Planoly, or Metricool.
- Engage actively: reply to DMs, comments, reviews and convert inquiries into leads or bookings.
- Maintain posting consistency and ensure all brand profiles are aligned in voice, visuals, and performance.
- Keep content calendars updated and synced with team workflows.
2. Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Build strategies for lead generation, sales, or reservations depending on client category restaurants, realtors, coaches, product brands, or lawyers.
- Retargeting, Lookalike Audiences, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
- Track and report KPIs weekly CTR, CPC, conversions, reach, engagement, etc.
- Stay on top of competitor ads, trend-based creatives, and ad references.
3. Creative & Analytical Thinking
- Collaborate with the social media team to design creative campaigns and ad ideas that align with client goals.
- Write ad copies and captions that perform.
- Research and pitch trend-based, seasonal, or culturally relevant ad concepts.
- Analyze data insights and suggest optimizations what's working, what's not, and why.
4. Client Communication & Reporting
- Be the first point of contact for assigned clients.
- Share weekly reports and insights in clear, professional updates.
- Manage all campaign data and ensure it's well-documented and easy to access internally.
- Prepare monthly performance review presentations summarizing growth, learnings, and next steps.
Who You Are
- Experience: 24 years in performance marketing or digital account management.
- Skills: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO basics, CRM understanding, and social media fluency.
- Mindset: Proactive, self-starter, trend-aware, analytical, and fast learner.
- Personality: Detail-oriented, organized, confident communicator, and able to handle last-minute shifts with calm.
