Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and drive paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), to scale customer acquisition, drive ROI-positive growth, and optimize campaigns across the full funnel. This role will work closely with the growth and brand teams and will be responsible for driving measurable results while scaling Vilvah's D2C presence.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROAS.
- Develop full-funnel paid social strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV:CAC, and conversion metrics.
Analytics & Optimization
- Deep dive into campaign data, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to improve performance.
- Collaborate with BI/analytics teams to measure incremental impact of campaigns on revenue and repeat purchase.
- Maintain dashboards for leadership with performance insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the creative, product, and retention teams to align campaigns with brand messaging and customer journeys.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers if required for creative production or campaign scaling.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
What We're Looking For
- 35+ years of experience in performance marketing, with strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Proven track record of scaling D2C / e-commerce brands through paid social channels.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition metrics, ROAS, CAC, LTV.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working with founders and cross-functional teams.
