Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing performance-based digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The Performance Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive maximum performance for clients.
- Manage and curate content for social media pages of clients to enhance their online presence.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, understanding their goals and delivering tailored marketing strategies.
- Generate insightful performance reports, providing clients with valuable analytics and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a prerequisite.
- Diploma in Digital Marketing from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing successful Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of delivering effective social media marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
