Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded, client-centric Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media accounts across key platforms. This role is responsible for shaping performance marketing strategy, leading campaign execution, and delivering consistent, measurable outcomes for clients. As the main client contact, you will play a pivotal role in account planning, optimization, and long-term growth.
Core Responsibilities
1. Performance Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with the internal and client stakeholders to design performance marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
Define clear KPIs and ensure campaigns are structured and delivered in line with platform best practices across Google, Meta, Programmatic, and emerging channels.
Convert business goals into actionable media plans, testing frameworks, and performance roadmaps.
2. Campaign Delivery & Optimization
Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including setup, optimization, pacing, and performance monitoring.
Take ownership of delivery timelines and budget control across all managed accounts.
Continuously refine account structure, bidding approaches, audience strategies, and creative performance to drive efficiency and scale.
3. Client Leadership, Creative & Communication
Serve as the performance marketing lead and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
Oversee the creative development (videos/UGCs/Influencers/statics) for performance ads and ensure that the they are inline with the brand and suited for the relevant platforms.
Lead recurring client touchpoints including weekly check-ins, monthly reporting, and quarterly planning discussions.
Build long-term partnerships through clear communication, proactive insights, and reliable execution.
4. Internal Collaboration & Growth
Partner with internal teams to identify upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Work closely with SEO, Social, Analytics, Creative teams to ensure aligned, integrated campaign delivery.
Share insights, learnings, and best practices to support innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
5. Reporting, Analysis & Insights
Produce regular and ad hoc performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and native platform reporting to assess results and identify optimization opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills
4-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and/or Programmatic.
Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging senior client stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics. Enterprise media platforms such as SA360 or DV360 would be beneficial.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
Experience mentoring junior team members and working effectively in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Background
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Industry certifications including Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent platforms.
