Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Gurugram. The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and A/B testing to improve performance. The role involves closely monitoring key performance metrics, preparing performance reports, identifying insights, and recommending actions to enhance ROI. The person in this role will collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with client goals, oversee tracking and attribution, and ensure campaigns adhere to platform policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong performance marketing expertise, including hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic or display platforms.
- Proficiency in campaign analytics and measurement using tools such as Google Analytics, platform dashboards, conversion tracking, and basic attribution models.
- Skills in campaign planning and optimization, including keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, bid and budget management, and landing page performance review.
- Ability to interpret data, build clear reports, and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve ROI, lead quality, and customer acquisition costs.
- Experience collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and funnel strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain performance results and recommendations clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
