Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), and other platforms to achieve business objectives.
2. Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor tracking to enhance targeting and
campaign effectiveness.
3. Conduct comprehensive keyword research specific to the real estate industry, focusing on high impact keywords relevant to platforms like Google Ads.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) and ROI, providing actionable
insights for optimization.
5. Manage budgets to maximize ROI across social media, search engines, display advertising, and
email marketing campaigns.
6. Create marketing measurement systems and ensure the team meets ambitious growth goals.
7. Compile and analyze performance data using advanced Excel skills to uncover actionable insights
and improve outcomes.
8. Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices, integrating them into strategies
for continuous improvement.
9. Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting progress and areas for
enhancement.
10. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and
alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Required Skills:
Experience & Expertise:
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably at a real estate company
Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns with measurable
results.
Expertise in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and other performance
marketing platforms.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and data-driven decision-making.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research specific to the real estate industry, focusing on high impact keywords relevant to platforms like Google Ads.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel for compiling, analyzing, and interpreting performance data.
Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, measure ROI, and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads Manager, GA4, MS Clarity, Meta Ads Manager, and
HubSpot CRM platforms.
Budget management expertise to optimize spending and maximize ROI.
Strategic & Industry Knowledge:
Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Experience with audience targeting, persona development, and market segmentation.
Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies aligned with business goals.
Competitor analysis skills to refine campaigns and maintain a competitive edge.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and present insights to
stakeholders.
