About the Role:
As the Performance Marketing Manager B2B at Workstore Pvt Limited, you will drive lead generation and brand growth across our key verticals: Dyson hand dryers, cleaning equipment, lighting, office supplies, and gifting solutions. You will own and execute high-performing, data-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to attract and convert quality B2B leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy, planning, and implementation of B2B performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and execute data-led digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand generation, and qualified lead acquisition.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams to align marketing objectives with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Manage end-to-end funnel execution from creative briefing and ad deployment to CRM integration, retargeting, and reporting.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) for lead scoring, nurturing, and performance tracking.
- Create custom dashboards and insight reports to present campaign performance, CPL, CAC, and ROI metrics.
- Identify opportunities for scaling B2B campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and remarketing to re-engage high-intent audiences.
- Stay updated with platform innovations and B2B ad best practices, experimenting with new formats and tools to maximize impact.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance campaigns and lead generation.
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation workflows.
- Analytical thinker with a track record of data-driven decision-making and measurable business impact.
- Proficiency in campaign reporting, funnel optimization, and performance analysis using analytics tools.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in multi-vertical or enterprise B2B environments will be a strong advantage.
