Job Profile
The Performance Marketing Manager will own and execute all paid digital marketing efforts at Avanta. This includes planning, managing, and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, as well as performance-driven email and WhatsApp campaigns.
The primary objective is to generate high-quality leads, improve conversion rates, and maximise ROI on marketing spend, while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch and manage campaigns across:
i. Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, etc)
ii. GMB
iii. LinkedIn Ads
iv. Meta Ads (retargeting + support campaigns)
Continuously scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperforming ones
2. Lead Generation & Optimization
Drive consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales team
Optimize:
i. Cost per lead (CPL)
ii. Lead quality
iii. Conversion rates
Align campaigns with business priorities
3. Conversion Tracking & Analytics
Set up and manage:
i. Conversion tracking (forms, calls, visits)
ii. Pixels and event tracking
iii. UTM parameters and attribution models
Track full funnel:
i. Click Lead Site Visit Closure
Identify drop-offs and optimize accordingly
4. Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
Improve landing page structure and messaging
Increase conversion rates
Suggest and run A/B tests (headlines, CTAs, layouts)
Ensure alignment between ad messaging and landing pages
5. Retargeting & Funnel Building
Build and optimize retargeting campaigns across platforms
Create multi-step funnels:
Improve conversion from existing traffic
6. Email & WhatsApp Campaign Performance
Manage performance of:
i. Email marketing campaigns
ii. WhatsApp outreach campaigns
Define:
i. Target audience segments
ii. Campaign objectives
iii. Funnel stages
Track and optimize:
i. Open rates
ii. Click-through rates
iii. Conversions
7. Data Analytics & Reporting
Provide weekly and monthly reports covering:
i. Spend vs performance
ii. Leads generated
iii. CPL trends
iv. Channel-wise performance
Share actionable insights and recommendations
Continuously refine strategy based on data
