We are seeking an experienced
Marketing & Growth Manager with a proven track record in scaling
D2C brands, ideally in the
health, wellness, or supplement sector in India. This individual will lead brand strategy, performance marketing, and growth initiatives, essentially adapting successful D2C playbooks to the Nepali market to make Pure Earth a household name.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end D2C marketing and growth strategies.
- Understand consumer behavior and translate insights into creative storytelling.
- Write ad copies, creatives, and content for digital campaigns and reels, developed in-house or through agency partners.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Own Website, Meta, Google, Youtube, ecommerce platforms, WhatsApp, Viber, influencer, email).
- Track and analyze campaign performance to improve ROAS, retention, and LTV.
- Oversee brand positioning, partnerships, and consistent visual identity.
- Develop and lead a small, high-performance marketing team and coordinate with agencies.
Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years of proven experience in scaling consumer, health or supplement D2C brands.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, retention, and creative strategy.
- Deep understanding of nutrition, ad compliance, and claim restrictions.
- Hands-on experience with paid media, growth funnels, and content strategy.
- Strategic, analytical, and passionate about wellness and sustainable growth.
