About The Opportunity
A fast-moving organization in the Apparel & Fashion e-commerce sector focused on app-first customer acquisition, repeat-purchase growth, and brand marketing across India. We drive hyper-targeted digital campaigns to scale app installs, improve retention, and maximise lifetime value for fashion consumers.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance campaigns across user acquisition, retargeting, and retention for the apparel mobile appplan, execute, and optimise to hit ROAS, CPI, and LTV targets.
- Manage media buying across Meta, Google (UAC/Search/Display), TikTok and other priority channels; allocate budget dynamically to highest-return programs.
- Design and run systematic creative and audience A/B tests; translate results into scaled creative playbooks and targeting strategies.
- Lead attribution, measurement and reportingintegrate Appsflyer/Adjust and Firebase/GA4 data to produce actionable cohort and funnel analytics.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Product and Creative to align offers, landing pages and in-app experiences that improve conversion and retention.
- Manage external agency/vendor relationships and vendor contracts; implement campaign governance, PQM and weekly performance cadences.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record scaling mobile app UA and retention for e-commerce or apparel brands with measurable improvements in ROAS, CPI and LTV.
- Experience managing multi-channel paid media budgets and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced retail or D2C environment.
- Strong analytical orientation with demonstrable experience using attribution and analytics platforms to guide optimization decisions.
