Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – App Growth who can drive user acquisition with strong ownership of scale, efficiency, and quality. This role is for someone who understands mobile app growth deeply, not just campaign execution. You should know how to grow installs, improve activation, and work closely with product, creatives, and analytics to build a durable growth engine.

What You'll Own

- Plan, launch, and optimize app acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google UAC/App Campaigns, YouTube, and other relevant channels

- Drive growth on key metrics like installs, CAC/CPI, activation, first purchase, ROAS, retention, and LTV

- Build full-funnel performance strategy from acquisition to re-engagement and win-back

- Work with product, CRM, and analytics teams to improve onboarding, activation, and conversion flows

- Identify high-performing audiences, creatives, geographies, and campaign structures

- Improve attribution understanding across paid and organic touchpoints

- Run fast experiments on creatives, offers, app store assets, audience segments, and landing flows

- Monitor daily performance and translate data into clear action plans

- Build weekly and monthly reporting with real business insights, not vanity metrics

What We're Looking For

- 3 to 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

- Strong experience in mobile app growth is required

- Proven track record of scaling app campaigns with efficiency discipline

- Strong understanding of Meta, Google App Campaigns, attribution tools, analytics, MMPs, and funnel metrics

- Deep grip on metrics like CPI, CAC, activation rate, retention, ARPU, ROAS, cohort performance, and LTV

- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, tech, and retention teams

- Strong analytical mindset and bias for testing and execution speed

- Clear communicator with ownership mentality

Preferred

- Experience in consumer internet, astrology, spiritual, fintech, gaming, content, or other high-frequency app businesses

- Experience with retention-led growth, reactivation, and lifecycle thinking

- Strong understanding of app funnels, app store optimization, and conversion behavior

- Higher activation and first transaction rates

- Stronger retention and repeat behavior

- Better coordination between paid growth, product, and CRM

- Faster experiment velocity and sharper scale decisions
