Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & User Acquisition

• Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns focused on acquiring high-quality investors and active traders.
• Manage media budgets efficiently while continuously improving campaign performance.
• Build scalable acquisition strategies across search, display, social, affiliates and partnerships.
• Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.

2. Funnel Optimisation & Conversion

Own the complete acquisition funnel from:

• Ad Click
• Landing Page
• Sign-up
• KYC Started
• KYC Completed
• Fund Addition
• First Investment
• Repeat Investment

Responsibilities include:

• Improving landing page conversion rates.
• Running A/B tests across creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages.
• Optimising conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
• Identifying drop-offs and working with Product, CRM and Design teams to improve user experience.

3. Analytics & Data-Driven Growth

• Track and analyse campaign performance using GA4, GTM and advertising platforms.
• Monitor key acquisition metrics and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Build performance dashboards and weekly growth reports.
• Conduct cohort analysis and attribution analysis.
• Measure campaign profitability and customer quality beyond lead generation.

4. Affiliate & Partnership Growth

• Build and manage affiliate acquisition programs.
• Evaluate affiliate quality and conversion performance.
• Identify strategic partnerships that drive quality customer acquisition.
• Monitor fraud, lead quality and campaign efficiency.

5. Experimentation & Continuous Optimisation

• Develop structured testing roadmaps.
• Test audience segments, bidding strategies, creatives and offers.
• Optimise campaign performance using data rather than assumptions.
• Stay updated with platform changes, AI-driven advertising features and emerging acquisition channels.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven success managing monthly digital media budgets.
• Strong expertise in:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Experience with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Branch or Adjust.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels.
• Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Experience in FinTech, WealthTech, Broking, Banking or Financial Services.
• Understanding of investment products such as Mutual Funds, Stocks, Bonds and ETFs.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as CleverTap, Freshsales.
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies.
