About Zippy:

Zippy is building a new category in children's play through an audio-first, screen-free storytelling ecosystem. We are looking for a performance-first growth operator who can scale revenue intelligently in a high AOV, early-stage D2C environment.

Role Overview

You will own paid acquisition end-to-end.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across Meta, Google, and YouTube while maintaining strict control over CAC, ROAS, and blended efficiency metrics.

You will work closely with the brand and content team to build a high-velocity creative testing engine and scale winning campaigns aggressively.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition Ownership:

Own Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads

Manage annual budgets up to 5CR

Plan monthly and quarterly performance marketing allocations

Scale campaigns based on performance signals

Optimize for CAC, ROAS, MER, and contribution margin

Creative Testing & Scaling:

Build structured creative testing frameworks

Identify winning hooks and messaging angles

Collaborate with creative and video teams

Launch and iterate multiple creatives weekly

Blitz-scale high-performing assets

Funnel Optimization:

Improve CTR, CVR, and checkout completion

Work with website team on landing page optimization

Monitor funnel drop-offs

Provide performance-driven feedback to brand team

Data & Reporting:

Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards

Track CAC, LTV proxy, blended ROAS, and MER

Conduct cohort and channel performance analysis

Make budget reallocation decisions based on data

Must Have:

45 years in performance marketing in a D2C environment

Experience managing annual budgets up to 5CR+

Experience in fast-paced D2C brands

Experience in high AOV categories (3,000+)

Deep expertise in Meta, Google, YT Ads.

Strong creative testing mindset

Proven ability to scale profitably

Good to Have:

Experience in kids toys or parenting category

Experience in early-stage 01 startup environments

Experience managing seasonality spikes
