Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to join our on-site team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn paid marketing, campaign optimization, and data-driven growth strategies within the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
- Support keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget handling.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, copies, and landing page refinements.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct competitor research, trend analysis, and help prepare weekly performance reports.
- Assist in building dashboards, campaign tracking sheets, and optimization logs.
Qualifications- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Interest or familiarity with the travel & tourism sector is a plus.
