Role Overview

We're looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern who is passionate about data, experimentation, and digital growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to run paid campaigns, track performance, optimize funnels, and acquire users at scale.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other dashboards

Work on conversion optimization (ad creatives, CTAs, landing pages, audience targeting)

Support A/B testing across copies, creatives, and audience cohorts

Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities to improve CAC & ROAS

Coordinate with creative & product teams for campaign alignment

Requirements

Basic understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads (prior hands-on experience is a plus)

Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with metrics like CAC, CTR, CPM, ROAS

Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager (bonus)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines

Good communication, ownership, and willingness to learn
