About the Role
We're looking for a smart, curious, and numbers-driven Performance Marketing Intern who wants to learn how real growth is built. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data, asks the right questions, communicates clearly, and thinks beyond just running ads.
At Lantern Digital, performance marketing interns don't do busy work; they learn how businesses scale.
What You'll Do
- Support the performance marketing team in managing and optimising paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
- Assist in analysing campaign data, identifying trends, and drawing actionable insights.
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with creatives, SEO, and account teams to understand how full-funnel marketing works.
- Support ad creative reviews, ad copy suggestions, and keyword planning.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign strategy, experiments, and growth ideas.
- Learn how budgets, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and other key metrics impact business decisions
What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of how platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads work.
- Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn tools like GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Quick learner with high curiosity and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas.
