Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and data-driven
Performance Marketing Intern to help grow our digital footprint across both organic and paid channels. You will work closely with our marketing team to master the ropes of SEO, SEM (Google Ads), and Social Media Advertising (Meta Ads). This is a hands-on role perfect for someone looking to build a high-impact career in growth marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media (Meta & Google Ads)
- Meta Ads Management: Assist in launching and monitoring Facebook/Instagram campaigns, focusing on Purchase conversion objectives and Retargeting.
- Google Ads Execution: Support the setup of Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, including keyword bidding and ad copy testing.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze key metrics like ROAS, CPC, and CPA to suggest budget reallocations and optimize ROI.
- SEO & Content Growth
- Keyword Research: Identify high-traffic, low-competition keywords for our blog and service pages.
- On-Page SEO: Update meta titles, descriptions, and header tags (H1, H2) across the website.
- Competitor Analysis: Research competitor rankings and identify gaps in our current strategy.
- Link Building: Assist in outreach efforts to secure high-quality backlinks.
- Technical Tracking & Analytics
- Conversion Tracking: Assist in the setup and monitoring of Meta Pixel (Purchase Events) and Google Tag Manager.
- Data Integration: Help implement Custom API codes and IP tracking scripts to ensure 100% data accuracy for the marketing team.
- UX Insights: Use Microsoft Clarity to track IP addresses and user behavior (heatmaps/recordings) to improve the Customer Experience (CX).
- Technical SEO: Learn and implement Sitemaps, Robots.txt, and Page Speed optimizations.
Requirements
- Education: Recent graduate or final-year student in degree / MBA
- Analytical Skills: A growth mindset with the ability to draw insights from data.
- Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of Google's algorithm, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Communication: Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tools: Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, and basic SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or Ubersuggest) is a plus.
- Compliance: Basic understanding of data privacy regarding IP tracking and collection.
