We are seeking a Performance Marketer (Fresher) who is eager to learn and drive measurable results through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This role focuses on understanding campaign performance, assisting in optimizing conversion rates and learning how to scale ads based on data and insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing, analytical thinking and a willingness to experiment, learn, and grow while working closely with the team to improve ROI and overall campaign performance.

Description:

• Plan, launch and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.
• Set up conversion tracking and performance goals (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc).
• Keep a check on customer impressions/reach and customer engagement rate, etc.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
• Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
• Run tests on creatives, targeting and landing pages strategies.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and marketing automation platforms.
